My first Daily Deviation

I've never ever expected this - but I just received my first Daily Deviation with this account after more than 8 years of membership - even the featured picture is already 6 years old. I took it with my old Panasonic Lumix (in this time it wasn't old at all, only one year or so) on a snowy Winterday near Tübingen, Germany were I used to live and study at this time. Today, living and working far away from this place, the picture is still a sweet memory and makes me a little homesick. Danke Dir Das ist so ein schoenes Foto vom Winterwald. Ich vermisse den Schnee seitdem ich aus Deutschland weggezogen bin. Hier im Suedwesten von England faellt sehr selten welcher.
Kann man auch positiv sehen. In meinem Heimatdorf muss man bei Schneefall ständig schippen. Aber auf den Bäumen sieht der Schnee schon schön aus England kanne ich noch von einer Studienfahrt aus der Schulzeit, die Klippen am Meer haben mir besonders gefallen. Valdkynd, loves trees... ah, jetzt verstehe ich den Namen!
